The Highly Unmotivated Manifesto

We are not driven.

We are not crushing goals.

We are not “thrilled to announce” anything.

We are not climbing the ladder
-
we’re lying flat and questioning why the ladder exists in the first place.

We’ve seen the productivity hacks.

We’ve heard the hustle gospel.

We’ve watched the TED Talks.

And we’ve called bullshit.

Because somewhere between the Zoom calls, the morning affirmations,

and the performative LinkedIn enthusiasm,
we lost something important:

Ourselves.

So we unplugged.

Not to recharge
-
but to disconnect from the madness.

Highly Unmotivated™ was born from that silence.

A badge of honor for the burned-out, the checked-out,

the ones who gave 100% too many times

and realized it never made them whole.

We’re not here to inspire you.

We’re here to validate you.

To say it’s okay to rest.

To slow down.

To not care.

To wear your apathy like armor in a world addicted to performance.

We’re not lazy - we’re lucid.

We’re not slackers - we’re survivors.

And we’re done apologizing for it.

This isn’t a brand.

It’s a middle finger in cotton form.

A quiet rebellion you can wear.

So if you’re exhausted by the grind, allergic to buzzwords,

and tired of pretending to be “excited about synergizing cross-functional vision”

- welcome home.
